- How do I get in on the Deal of the day?
- Simply click on the "Buy" button and follow the instructions. The deal is only available if we get enough people together. So let your friends in on the deal. You will receive an email the next day with your deal details after we charged your credit card if the deal got enough buyers.
- These deals sound too good to be true?
- We know - but they are true. Imagine the advertising costs a business normally has to pay to get let's say 500 new customers - in our case the Business simply invests into the deal and in return gets a lot of exposure and new customers.
- Is there any additional cost — what is the catch?
- We do not charge for our service, we actually earn a fee from the Businesses for each deal our subscribers purchase. It is that simple.
- When will my credit card be charged?
- When you click the "Buy" button - we will only authorize the total amount on your card and place a hold on the card for that amount. If the deal is already on - we are charging the full amount right to your credit card. If the deal did not reach enough buyers - we simply remove the hold from your credit card and there are no charges for you.
- How will I know if I got the deal?
- We will send you an email with the deal details or you can check back to the Daily Deal website in your city and check if "the deal is on".
- When will I receive my deal?
- Certificates are professionally printed and will be shipped by mail. We ship out certificates within 24 hours after the deal is on and you should receive them in 2-3 days via the regular USPS mail service. There is no additional cost to you for any shipped certificates. We simply offer this service to our merchants and card partners as added security if needed.
- Is there an expiration date?
- Most of our deals expire at some point. Please make sure you read the deal terms, which will be listed on the voucher or certificate.
- What is your return policy?
- If there is an issue with the deal we will always try to accommodate you and return the voucher for a credit or refund. We are in business thanks to you our subscriber base, so you are our first priority. Refunds are guaranteed in case any of the businesses we work with closes down and you cannot redeem the deal.
- Do I have to sign up a group of people to get the deal?
- No you don't. We have an established subscriber base, but please tell your friends and family and let them in on these great deals.
- Can I buy a deal as a gift?
- Yes.
- Is my credit card information safe?
- Yes, all of your personal information including your credit card is transmitted via SSL. We do not store your credit card data on our server.
